Agreement Duration

• Each investment agreement has a fixed term of six (6) months.
• The investment period begins once funds are transferred to the Investing Wallet.
• The invested principal becomes eligible for withdrawal only after the investment term has expired.

Investment Terms

• Deposit procedures
• Transfer of funds from the Main Wallet to the Investing Wallet
• Start of profit calculation

Investing Wallet Lock Policy

• The investment principal remains locked throughout the six-month investment period.
• During this period, funds in the Investing Wallet cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Once the investment term has ended, the principal will be unlocked and may be transferred back to the Main Wallet.

Profit Calculation

• Investment profits are calculated on a daily basis.
• Profit rates are determined according to the user's current Rank.
• Daily profits are credited automatically to the Profit Wallet.

Profit Withdrawal

• Funds in the Profit Wallet may be transferred to the Main Wallet at any time.
• Once transferred to the Main Wallet, profits become available for withdrawal.
• Users may also transfer their profits to the Investing Wallet to increase their investment capital through compounding.

Principal Withdrawal

• The investment principal can only be withdrawn after the six-month investment period has ended.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the user's account dashboard.
• Settlement will be processed according to the platform's withdrawal procedures.

Bonus Policy

• Bonuses are granted only under conditions determined by the platform.
• Bonuses are not transferable or directly withdrawable unless otherwise specified by the platform.
• The platform reserves the right to revoke bonuses in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of platform policies.

Rank Policy

• Rank advancement is based on the combined investment volume generated through the user's personal investments and qualified referral investments.
• Once a new rank is achieved, the corresponding profit rates and commission percentages will be applied.
• The platform reserves the right to review, adjust, or revoke a user's rank in cases of policy violations or fraudulent activity.

Referral Policy

• Referral commissions are paid only on qualified investments made by referred users.
• All referral commissions are credited to the Referral Wallet.
• Funds in the Referral Wallet may only be transferred to the Main Wallet or the Investing Wallet.

Wallet Policy

• Description and purpose of all four wallets.
• Wallet transfer rules.
• Restrictions on unauthorized wallet transfers.
• Automatic balance updates by the system.

Termination of Agreement

• Users may withdraw their investment principal after the investment period has ended.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, identity misuse, money laundering, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any settlement following account termination shall be handled in accordance with the platform's internal policies.

Force Majeure

The platform shall not be held responsible for delays or temporary suspension of services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, blockchain network congestion, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, sanctions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Amendments

The platform reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revised version becomes effective upon publication on the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making an investment, or using the platform's services, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
